Monkeys in a Zoo
Mum and Dad
I am going back to school
Back to school I go
Before I run off with my friends
There’s something you should know
Mum and Dad
I love you
Even though we’ve been locked up
Like monkeys in a zoo
Everybody got sent home
But not for a Holiday
After three days locked inside
I tried to run away
Mum and Dad
I love you
Even though we’ve been locked up
Like monkeys in a zoo
Like monkeys in a zoo
With my brother too
I love you more than my favourite film
More than Frozen 2
We had lots of things to do
You tried to make us work
We sat down and did our best
And then we went berserk
Mum and Dad
I love you
Even though we’ve been locked up
Like monkeys in a zoo
Like monkeys in a zoo
With my brother too
I love you more than my favourite film
More than Frozen 2
Like monkeys in a zoo
With my brother too
I love you more than my favourite film
More than Frozen 2

Underwater Vet
Don’t wanna be a doctor
Don’t wanna be a nurse
Don’t wanna be a writer
Always writing verse
I’ll tell you what I’ll be
Are you ready yet
I’ll be an Underwater Vet
I’ll take care of the Octopus
(repeat)
Cause I am an animal doctorpus
(repeat)
I’ll look after the tiger shark
(repeat)
He is a pussy cat - scared of the dark
(repeat)
I’ll put a bandaid on the whale
(repeat)
If there's an accident with her tail
(repeat)
I will teach the old dogfish
(repeat)
I will teach the dogfish tricks
(repeat)
And if the catfish loses a fin
(repeat)
I'll glue the fin back on again
(repeat)
What about the sea anemones?
(repeat)
They have many many enemies
(repeat)
I'll look after the tiny Krill
(repeat)
I'll treat them with a tiny pill
(repeat)
What if the seahorse pulls up lame?
(repeat)
they can make an insurance claim
(repeat)
What if the pufferfish loses its puff
(repeat)
without any puff he's not tough enough
(repeat)
What if the brain coral loses it's mind?
(repeat)
That's another thing that I have to find
(repeat)
If you a have a goldfish pet
(repeat)
I will be your underwater vet
(repeat)

COIN COLLECTOR – SONG LYRICS
Coin collector, coin collector
I collect coins, I’m a coin selector
Coin collector, coin collector
I can find coins like a metal detector
Coin collector, coin collector
I keep my coins, I'm the coin protector
Coin collector, coin collector
I'm not scared of the coin inspector
I don’t keep fakes or forgeries
Cause all my coins have guarantees
I collect with ease, any coin I please
From the land of Oz or from overseas
I keep them in a folder all safe and sound
Six sixpence and one one pound
A shilling and a florin and a 38 crown
I’m a coin collector of some renown
Coin collector, coin collector
I collect coins, I’m a coin selector
Coin collector, coin collector
I can find coins like a metal detector
Coin collector, coin collector
I keep my coins, I'm the coin protector
Coin collector, coin collector
I'm not scared of the coin inspector
I’m the king of coins, I’m the Ayatollah
I know coin facts cause I’m a scholar
I find a piece of eight and I cry “Hola!”
A hole in the middle – it’s a holey dollar!
A 1930 Australian penny
They’re worth a lot of money cause there’s not very many
You pay half a mil’ for a head and a tail
If it’s M66 on the Sheldon scale
Coin collector, coin collector
I collect coins, I’m a coin selector
Coin collector, coin collector
I can find coins like a metal detector
Coin collector, coin collector
I keep my coins, I'm the coin protector
Coin collector, coin collector
I'm not scared of the coin inspector

PENCIL LINES
V1.
In the Kitchen by the door
Pencil lines, on the wall
A date, a height, an age, a name,
Up and down the old wood frame
There’s an uncle – old and tall
A crayon mark when you were small
There’s a sister, there’s a son
Coloured lines they’ve all become
Ch.
Take your shoes off, stand up tall
Keep your heels flat on the floor
We’ll put your name up on the wall
V2.
I walk by this wall of lines
I don’t stop – don’t have the time
But on the days when I’m feeling blue
I’ll think about a line or two
In your room, in a drawer
I find a pencil to mark the wall
I guess the height that you would be
I make a line so I can see
Ch.
Repeat
End.

Little by Little
V1
What do you do when you feel upset?
When Covid 19 makes you worry and fret
What do you do when you’re feeling down?
And your head keeps spinning around
CHORUS
Take a minute just to walk outside
Take a deep breath
And calm your mind
You can’t change the world straight away
But you can change a little bit everyday
V2
What do you do when you get worked up?
When you lose your cool?
When you blow your top?
What do you do when you’ve had enough
And you want the bad news to stop?
CHORUS
V3
What do you do when you don’t understand?
The place where you live
is like a foreign land
What do you do when things go wrong
And you feel like you don’t belong?
CHORUS
CHORUS.

SANDY FEET
VERSE 1
In the Aussie summer heat, it gets too hot for my feet
So I run along the sand until my feet and the water meet
And into the sea I go, where the water ebbs and flows
It picks me up and cools me down from my head down to my toes
CHORUS
Sandy Feet, Sandy Feet
Isn’t it a treat to have two Sandy Feet
Sandy Feet, Sandy Feet
Walking back from the beach, along the streets with Sandy Feet.
BRIDGE
I don’t use my shoes when I go cruisin’ on the beaches
So I leave my socks and sneakers back at home
but if I need to hop across some rocks I’ll stop and pop on a pair of crocs
because you know I like to roam
CHORUS
VERSE 2
I try to get to sleep but I have sand between my sheets
Almost half the beach - I should have washed my feet
So, I try counting sheep, why don’t they call them sheeps?
Why are feet not foots?
And why don’t boots go on your feets
CHORUS, BRIDGE, CHORUS, FINISH.

BMX BIKE
By Jim Sharrock, Annie Sharrock and Callum Sharrock 26/5/2020
It’s got two wheels and one front brake
It shakes the ground just like an earth-quake
It can take off fast and roll over bumps
It can get a lot of air when it flies over jumps
There’s one thing that I really, really like
Riding around on my BMX bike
(skids. Jumps.)
BMX BIKES
(skids. Jumps.)
BMX BIKES
I ride all day and I ride all night
When you see me riding it’s a frightening sight
I ride in the light and I ride in the dark
Then I do some tricks at the big skate park
Cause there’s one thing I really, really like
Riding around on my BMX bike
(skids. Jumps.)
BMX BIKES
(skids. Jumps.)
BMX BIKES
I spray the dirt when I skid to a stop
I freak out my Nan and I freak out my pop
My Mum and Dad say I gotta slow down
But I like racing my bike around
There’s one thing that I really, really like
Riding around on my BMX bike. Look out.
(skids. Jumps.)
BMX BIKES
